We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. The principles of data minimisation, transparency, and security are of the highest priority to us.
1. Why Do We Process Your Personal Data? (Purposes of Processing)
We collect and process personal data in the following situations:

- When you submit an enquiry (e.g. requesting a quotation)
- When you place an order or enter into a contract with us (performance of a contract)

Providing your personal data is necessary for the respective purpose, such as preparing a quotation or entering into a contract. If you do not provide the required data, we may be unable to process your request.

3. What Personal Data Do We Process?
Customers, Prospective Customers & Suppliers
- Contact and master data (e.g. name, email address, postal address, telephone number)
- Project and order-related data (all information you provide to us in connection with a project or assignment)
This may include, for example:- Contact details of your employees
- Contact details of your suppliers
Job Applicants
We process all personal data and documents that you submit as part of your application.
Website Visitors
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the requested file
- Website from which access originated (referrer URL)
- Browser type and version, operating system (where applicable), and the name of your internet service provider
This information is temporarily stored in server log files. It is not combined with data from other sources.
4. Do We Share Your Personal Data?
As a general rule, we do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless:
- disclosure is necessary to fulfil contractual or pre-contractual obligations;
- we are legally required to do so; or
- you have given your prior consent.
Where necessary for the performance of a contract, personal data may be shared with third parties on a case-by-case basis. This applies in particular where external service providers or other third parties are involved in delivering our services (e.g. hotels, event venues, catering providers, or similar service providers).
In all cases, personal data is disclosed only to the extent necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. No further disclosure takes place.
Website Visitors
Recipients of your personal data may include technical service providers acting as data processors for the operation and maintenance of our website. We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
As a rule, we do not transfer personal data to third countries.
IT Services (Microsoft 365, Acronis)
We use Microsoft 365 services (including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint), provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, as well as backup services provided by Acronis International GmbH (Switzerland) and its European subsidiaries for communication, collaboration, data storage, and data backup.
Where necessary, personal data is processed for these purposes, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Communication content
- Connection and access data
- Information contained in stored files
Processing is carried out on the basis of Data Processing Agreements (including the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum).
Data is generally stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). In exceptional cases, access from third countries (e.g. for technical support purposes) may occur. Such transfers are safeguarded through the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Transfers to Third Countries
As a general rule, personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).
However, transfers may occur where necessary for the performance of contractual or pre-contractual obligations. This may be the case, for example, if services are provided abroad and personal data must be shared with local service providers such as hotels, catering companies, or other suppliers.
Any such transfer will be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the GDPR.
5. Where Do We Obtain Your Personal Data?
We obtain your personal data directly from you.
In the case of job applications, we receive your data either directly from you or, where applicable, through an authorised recruitment agency.
6. How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures reflect the current state of the art and are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure an appropriate level of security.
7. How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?
Customers, Prospective Customers & Suppliers
Personal data subject to statutory retention periods is retained for the legally required period and deleted once those periods expire, provided the data is no longer required for the performance of a contract.
Where no statutory retention obligations apply, personal data is deleted once the purposes described in Section 1 no longer exist.
Job Applicants
Unless you have given your consent, your application documents will be retained for six (6) months in accordance with Section 61b (1) German Labour Court Act (ArbGG) in conjunction with Section 15 General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
Where you have provided your consent, your personal data may be retained until you withdraw your consent in order to consider you for future recruitment processes.
Website Visitors
Where personal data is processed through cookies, the retention period depends on the type of cookie used.
Technically necessary session cookies are generally deleted automatically when you close your browser unless a longer retention period is required.
Other cookies (such as analytics or marketing cookies) remain stored for the specified period and are deleted automatically unless you withdraw your consent beforehand.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- obtain information about the personal data we process about you (right of access);
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (right to rectification);
- request deletion of your personal data where no legal basis for further processing exists (right to erasure);
- request restriction of processing;
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (right to data portability).

9. Services Used
Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies to ensure the functionality and usability of our website.
