We are looking for a
Organizational Talent, Team Player, Trade Fair Expert!
As a (Junior) Consultant (m/f/d) for Trade Fairs and Events, you ensure that our projects in the national and international trade fair, congress, and event sectors run smoothly. You will combine project management with client consulting and act as the central interface between our clients, internal product managers, and the development team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage projects—from the initial client briefing to operational execution.
- Act as the direct point of contact for marketing departments of clients from various industries and agencies.
- Ensure everything runs smoothly on-site as planned.
- Coordinate requirements and translate them for our internal team.
What You Bring:
- Initial experience in trade fair and event organization.
- Strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and motivation.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and a passion for client service.
- Affinity for IT and software solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
